قَالَ اَمَّا مَنۡ ظَلَمَ فَسَوۡفَ نُعَذِّبُهٗ ثُمَّ يُرَدُّ اِلٰى رَبِّهٖ فَيُعَذِّبُهٗ عَذَابًا نُّكۡرًا
Dhu’l-Qarnain said: ‘Whoever perpetrates injustice (by way of disbelief and mischief-mongering) we will certainly punish him. He will then be brought back to his Lord. And then He will award him most grievous punishment.
