قُلۡ اِنَّمَاۤ اُنۡذِرُكُمۡ بِالۡوَحۡىِۖ وَلَا يَسۡمَعُ الصُّمُّ الدُّعَآءَ اِذَا مَا يُنۡذَرُوۡنَ
Say: ‘I warn you only through Revelation.’ But the deaf do not hear the call whenever they are warned.
