قُلۡ اَنۡزَلَهُ الَّذِىۡ يَعۡلَمُ السِّرَّ فِىۡ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالۡاَرۡضِؕ اِنَّهٗ كَانَ غَفُوۡرًا رَّحِيۡمًا
Say: ‘He (Allah) has sent down this (Qur’an) Who knows all the secrets (present) in the heavens and the earth. Surely He is Most Forgiving, Ever-Merciful.’
