يُعَذِّبُ مَنۡ يَّشَآءُ وَيَرۡحَمُ مَنۡ يَّشَآءُۚ وَاِلَيۡهِ تُقۡلَبُوۡنَ
He torments whom He wills and shows Mercy to whom He pleases. And to Him will you be returned.
