اِذۡ جَآءَتۡهُمُ الرُّسُلُ مِنۡۢ بَيۡنِ اَيۡدِيۡهِمۡ وَمِنۡ خَلۡفِهِمۡ اَلَّا تَعۡبُدُوۡۤا اِلَّا اللّٰهَؕ قَالُوۡا لَوۡ شَآءَ رَبُّنَا لَاَنۡزَلَ مَلٰٓٮِٕكَةً فَاِنَّا بِمَاۤ اُرۡسِلۡتُمۡ بِهٖ كٰفِرُوۡنَ
When the Messengers came to them from their front and from their rear (or before them and after them and said:) ‘Worship none but Allah,’ they said: ‘Had our Lord willed He would have sent down angels. So we deny whatever you have been sent with.’
