42.الشُّوْرٰی

وَهُوَ الَّذِىۡ يُنَزِّلُ الۡغَيۡثَ مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِ مَا قَنَطُوۡا وَيَنۡشُرُ رَحۡمَتَهٗ‌ؕ وَهُوَ الۡوَلِىُّ الۡحَمِيۡدُ‏

And He is the One Who sends down rain after they lose hope and spreads His Mercy. And He, the Guardian, is Most Praiseworthy.
