عَلٰٓى اَنۡ نُّبَدِّلَ خَيۡرًا مِّنۡهُمۡۙ وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمَسۡبُوۡقِيۡنَ
To replace them with people better than them and We are not at all incapable (of doing it).
