75.الۡقِيٰمَة

فَاِذَا قَرَاۡنٰهُ فَاتَّبِعۡ قُرۡاٰنَهٗ‌ۚ‏

So when We complete its recitation (by the tongue of Jibril [Gabriel]) then follow that recitation.
