بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

وَلَقَدۡ رَاٰهُ بِالۡاُفُقِ الۡمُبِيۡنِ‌ۚ‏

And he has indeed seen (the Absolute Beauty of the Lord of the Throne) on the effulgent horizon (of the Realm of Divinity).
