16.النَّحْل

اَوۡ يَاۡخُذَهُمۡ فِىۡ تَقَلُّبِهِمۡ فَمَا هُمۡ بِمُعۡجِزِيۡنَۙ‏

Or He may seize them during their movements (travelling and business trips). So, they cannot hinder Allah.
