قَالَ رَبُّنَا الَّذِىۡۤ اَعۡطٰـى كُلَّ شَىۡءٍ خَلۡقَهٗ ثُمَّ هَدٰى
Musa (Moses) said: ‘Our Lord is He Who brought everything into being (as most suitable it was), then guided it (according to its potential).’
