اَفَمَنۡ حَقَّ عَلَيۡهِ كَلِمَةُ الۡعَذَابِؕ اَفَاَنۡتَ تُنۡقِذُ مَنۡ فِىۡ النَّارِۚ
Well, can you save him for whom the Command of torment has become due and who has become the inmate of Hell (for ever)?
