مَنۡ يَّاۡتِيۡهِ عَذَابٌ يُّخۡزِيۡهِ وَيَحِلُّ عَلَيۡهِ عَذَابٌ مُّقِيۡمٌ
(That) who it is upon whom comes the torment which will disgrace him. And everlasting torment will come down upon him.
