وَكَذٰلِكَ نُوَلِّىۡ بَعۡضَ الظّٰلِمِيۡنَ بَعۡضًۢا بِمَا كَانُوۡا يَكۡسِبُوۡنَ
In this manner We continue making some of the oppressors dominate over others due to the (evil) deeds that they earn.
