الَّذِيۡنَ عَاهَدتَّ مِنۡهُمۡ ثُمَّ يَنۡقُضُوۡنَ عَهۡدَهُمۡ فِىۡ كُلِّ مَرَّةٍ وَّهُمۡ لَا يَتَّقُوۡنَ
They are the ones from whom you took promise (many a time), but they break their promise every time and do not fear (Allah).
