وَلَا يَحۡسَبَنَّ الَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡا سَبَقُوۡاؕ اِنَّهُمۡ لَا يُعۡجِزُوۡنَ
And let not the disbelievers ever assume that they have escaped (safe and sound). Assuredly they can never make (Us) powerless.
