هُوَ الَّذِىۡ يُرِيۡكُمُ الۡبَرۡقَ خَوۡفًا وَّطَمَعًا وَّيُنۡشِئُ السَّحَابَ الثِّقَالَۚ
He is the One Who, to rouse in you (sometime) fear and (some other time) hope, shows you lightning and (at times) raises (rain-laden) heavy clouds.
