وَكَمۡ اَهۡلَكۡنَا قَبۡلَهُمۡ مِّنۡ قَرۡنٍؕ هَلۡ تُحِسُّ مِنۡهُمۡ مِّنۡ اَحَدٍ اَوۡ تَسۡمَعُ لَهُمۡ رِكۡزًا
And how many a community have We destroyed before them! Do you perceive even a trace or hear even the faintest fizzle of anyone of them?
