وَشَدَدۡنَا مُلۡكَهٗ وَاٰتَيۡنٰهُ الۡحِكۡمَةَ وَفَصۡلَ الۡخِطَابِ
And We strengthened and stabilized his state and regime, and blessed him with wisdom, insight and a decisive (and distinctive) oratory.
