فَسَخَّرۡنَا لَهُ الرِّيۡحَ تَجۡرِىۡ بِاَمۡرِهٖ رُخَآءً حَيۡثُ اَصَابَۙ‏

Then We caused the wind to obey him. It used to blow gently under his command wherever he would desire (it) to go.
