7.الْأَعْرَاف

وَمِمَّنۡ خَلَقۡنَاۤ اُمَّةٌ يَّهۡدُوۡنَ بِالۡحَـقِّ وَبِهٖ يَعۡدِلُوۡنَ‏

And of those whom We have created there is (also) a section (of people) who direct others towards the Truth, and alongside that make judgments based on justice.
