23.الْمُؤْمِنُوْن

حَتّٰۤى اِذَاۤ اَخَذۡنَا مُتۡرَفِيۡهِمۡ بِالۡعَذَابِ اِذَا هُمۡ يَجۡــَٔرُوۡنَؕ‏

Until when We seize the rich and the prosperous of them with torment, then they will cry out.
