23.الْمُؤْمِنُوْن

قُلۡ مَنۡ رَّبُّ السَّمٰوٰتِ السَّبۡعِ وَرَبُّ الۡعَرۡشِ الۡعَظِيۡمِ‏

Ask (them): ‘Who is the Lord of the seven heavens and the Mighty Throne (i.e. the Sovereign Authority of the entire universe)?’
