قُلۡ مَنۡۢ بِيَدِهٖ مَلَكُوۡتُ كُلِّ شَىۡءٍ وَّهُوَ يُجِيۡرُ وَلَا يُجَارُ عَلَيۡهِ اِنۡ كُنۡتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُوۡنَ
Say (to them): ‘Who is He in Whose Mighty Hand is the Absolute Ownership of everything and Who gives asylum but against Whom no asylum can be given, if you know (anything)?’
