23.الْمُؤْمِنُوْن

وَالَّذِيۡنَ هُمۡ لِاَمٰنٰتِهِمۡ وَعَهۡدِهِمۡ رٰعُوۡنَۙ‏

And those who are watchful of their trusts and their pledges,
