وَاِذۡ قَالَ اِبۡرٰهٖمُ رَبِّ اجۡعَلۡ هٰذَا بَلَدًا اٰمِنًۡا وَّارۡزُقۡ اَهۡلَهٗ مِنَ الثَّمَرٰتِ مَنۡ اٰمَنَ مِنۡهُمۡ بِاللّٰهِ وَالۡيَوۡمِ الۡاٰخِرِؕ قَالَ وَمَنۡ كَفَرَ فَاُمَتِّعُهٗ قَلِيۡلًا ثُمَّ اَضۡطَرُّهٗۤ اِلٰى عَذَابِ النَّارِؕ وَبِئۡسَ الۡمَصِيۡرُ
And when Ibrahim (Abraham) prayed: ‘O my Lord, make it a city of peace and bless its residents with a variety of fruits, (i.e.) those of them who believe in Allah and the Last Day.’ (Allah) said: ‘And as for him who disbelieves, I shall also grant him enjoyment (for) a short span of life, then (for his disbelief) shall drive him to the torment of HellAnd that is an extremely evil destination.’
