يُؤۡتِىۡ الۡحِكۡمَةَ مَنۡ يَّشَآءُ ۚ وَمَنۡ يُّؤۡتَ الۡحِكۡمَةَ فَقَدۡ اُوۡتِىَ خَيۡرًا كَثِيۡرًا ؕ وَمَا يَذَّكَّرُ اِلَّاۤ اُولُوۡا الۡاَلۡبَابِ
He blesses with wisdom whom He willsAnd he who is granted wisdom (and reason) receives tremendous goodAnd only those who are endowed with wisdom and insight receive direction and guidance
