وَاِنۡ كُنۡتُمۡ عَلٰى سَفَرٍ وَّلَمۡ تَجِدُوۡا كَاتِبًا فَرِهٰنٌ مَّقۡبُوۡضَةٌ ؕ فَاِنۡ اَمِنَ بَعۡضُكُمۡ بَعۡضًا فَلۡيُؤَدِّ الَّذِىۡ اؤۡتُمِنَ اَمَانَتَهٗ وَلۡيَتَّقِ اللّٰهَ رَبَّهٗؕ وَلَا تَكۡتُمُوۡا الشَّهَادَةَ ؕ وَمَنۡ يَّكۡتُمۡهَا فَاِنَّهٗۤ اٰثِمٌ قَلۡبُهٗؕ وَاللّٰهُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُوۡنَ عَلِيۡمٌ
And if you are on a journey and do not find a scribe, then take possession of a pledge in mortgageThen, if one of you trusts the other, so he whose honesty has been trusted should deliver his trust and fear Allah Who provides him subsistenceAnd do not conceal evidenceAnd the one who conceals it, his heart is certainly sinfulAnd Allah knows well whatever you do
