كُتِبَ عَلَيۡکُمُ الۡقِتَالُ وَهُوَ كُرۡهٌ لَّـكُمۡۚ وَعَسٰۤى اَنۡ تَكۡرَهُوۡا شَيْئًا وَّهُوَ خَيۡرٌ لَّـکُمۡۚ وَعَسٰۤى اَنۡ تُحِبُّوۡا شَيْئًا وَّهُوَ شَرٌّ لَّـكُمۡؕ وَاللّٰهُ يَعۡلَمُ وَاَنۡتُمۡ لَا تَعۡلَمُوۡنَ
Fighting (for the cause of Allah) has been made incumbent upon you although you are averse to it by temperamentIt may be that you dislike a thing and (in fact) that is good for youAnd it is (also) likely that you like a thing but (in fact) that is bad for youAnd Allah knows well but you do not know.
